Suggestion: add a sound to applying settings from a config card or applying upgrades

Applying settings from a pipe config card or from a machine config card (EI) has little to no feedback and a sound for it would be nice. In the same train of though, applying OC upgrades also don't have a sound and adding one might be fun.
