Export All Extension Issue @ Tableau Server Level

Hi Team,

I would like to highlight & seek assistance here on below issue which I am facing to one of my prod dashboards.

We have applied & configured "Export All" extension to one of my dashboards and it's working fine as we expected at tableau desktop level however once we published same dashboard to tableau server and tried to make use of "Export All" extension we are getting just a blank excel sheet downloaded instead of a sheet with complete data.

I have tried to remove & re - configure the extension/ reset the extension / tried to create another new sheet or dashboard with same data and applied extension once again...However issue is still coming.

I appreciate someone from this forum to help me with better approach in order to fix this issue ASAP as this functionality impacting huge level to end user for their daily review.

I'm getting the same too recently.

update: looked to be due to Chrome browser. updating Chrome resolved it

Bug: Export All Extension loses data when Server locale="Unspecified" +
Client locale=non-English (tested with ko). Fix: Set Server locale to English (US).
