Five highlight books - 800 pages only

This is a priority for going live. It's a set of 5 individual books for distribution through Lulu, Amazon and elsewhere.

Lulu's technology is limited to 800 pages, so we'd have to append "A" or "B" on the volume. For example, V1A would be pages 1-798. While V1B would be pages 799-1596. This will cause a 3 page discrepancy for each additional volume but that seems manageable.

The books should highlight a number of important parts of the genome, including all the locations mentioned in the TED talk. Ideally they'd include "The Human Code" forward and then a page after that which explained what was interesting about this genome. For example something about telomeres, the eye color sequence and page or something else. If you describe the biological concept, then I can write the text for it. If it's too much hassle to add this to the book generation, we can add it to the book description when it's sold.
