At a low device width (around 600px) the viewer collapses and the content does not scroll any more.
To reproduce, visit the website using a mobile inspector in your browser's dev tools (or just use a mobile device). Upload 3+ avatars on your profile page. You will not be able to scroll through them unless you increase your width to over 600px in the inspector (or if you're on a phone go landscape).
