Tier 5 Thermal Armor not craftable during chapter 7

Describe the issue

• Tier 5 Thermal Armor requires Palladium Crystals
• Palladium Crystals require the Chemical Crystallizer
• The Chemical Crystallizer requires Syrmorite Shards
• Syrmorite Shards require Hydrogen Chloride or Salt
• Hydrogen Chloride requires Chlorine
• Chlorine requires Brine
• Brine requires a Thermal Evaporation setup
• The Thermal Evaporation setup requires a ton of Small Chaos Fragments and Molten Draconium, the former of which is only intended to be obtained in chapter 8, and the latter of which can only be obtained in chapter 8
• As for salt, Misty World Salt Ore does not spawn, Mekanism Community Edition Salt Blocks do not spawn, and XL Food Mod Salt does not spawn nor has a different recipe, meaning the only way to get salt is, once again, Brine.

Potential Solutions

• Make the XL Food Mod Salt available, and make sure that you cannot use it to make Salt Ore or Brine
• Change the recipe for the Chemical Crystallizer to not require Shards
• Change the Tier 5 Thermal Armor recipe to require something that is available pre chapter 7 rocket
