Malwarebytes will not change its settings if altered externally

PoliciesConfig.json, under the config folder, accepts the text changes when altered through the batch file, but Malwarebytes itself doesn't show these changes under the settings section

If Malwarebytes is not automatically ran with startup, the notifications will not interfere with clients.
