it would be rly nice to introduce battery limits like, when plugged the battery will charge only to a certain % and then start to from a certain % asw

Unfortunately, I don't have a device that supports battery limits, so I have no way of testing it. However I'm open for PRs if somebody wants this feature on their machine.

As a workaround, power-options does not conflict with programs that do support battery limits so you may run them both at the same time.
