Description of request

Issue #37 Added several new PyPi packages to dashboard AI Alliance:Project Usage.

Overhaul this dashboard to accommodate.

There seems to be a bug in Grafana...I can set a dropdown box with one value fine, but the multiple select either immediately returns an error, or the query runs forever.
