[Node-RED] Nodes not showing up after installation #35

Description
I installed @teslemetry/node-red-contrib-teslemetry on my Node Red V4.0.9. Everything went normal according to log but the nodes do not show up in the palette afterwards.
Tried deinstalling and reinstalling several times without success.
Never had such problem ever before with any other contrib.
Any advice would be helpful?
e.g. is there any minimum supported Node Red version or any dependency to other palettes or system configs?
Reproduction Steps
- Install `@teslemetry/node-red-contrib-teslemetry`` via Node Red palette manager
- Verify the installation succeeded
- Scroll through the palette or search for
teslemetrynodes - Nothing to be found
