I recently upgraded my os to 26.4.1 and now I can't cancel a caste with the escape (esc) key. This is so frustrating, because if you let go of command, it pastes even if you don't want it to!
How can I fix this?
I've tried re-installing, clearing defaults, giving the app accessibility & input monitoring permission. Toggling those permissions. Rebooting my computer. Nothing works to restore the esc key to cancel.
I had this happen during the last OS upgrade and I was able to fix it, but I don't remember how. Anybody remember how?
