Privacy Issue? Intentional?

I have a work laptop (MacbookPro M4) and a personal laptop (Macbook Air M4). And I install flycut on each as I love it. However something really scary happened just now. I had my clipboard contents pollute from my personal laptop into my work laptop. I am not sure if this is somehow an apple setting and someone please point me there if it is. Or if this is intentional (I could see value in a setting to share intentionally). Or if this is somehow a memory leak in the apple design system for the clipboard.

I appreciate any advice or thoughts!

if they are on the same apple ID, they share the copied contents

Yep. That’s just a Mac pasteboard sharing thing, though. Nothing to do with Flycut.

If things are leaking from one Mac of yours to another Mac of yours it’s because you have made it do that. Sharing an Apple ID is the easiest way to make two Macs share. Flycut won’t make that happen unless you are sharing one Apple ID between them and have Flycut’s iCloud sync turned on.
