Detected the port number being used by the printer

I want to use this tool now, but it seems that it cannot directly detect the port number that the printer is using, such as USB001. Also, can this program be open sourced?

Also, if it is a Windows 7 computer operating system without POWERSHELL, can it not run and be used normally?
