pid failed more then 65535

i am beginer. i installed by oficial manual by cloned git branch but have error sh[696430]: mtproto-proxy: common/pid.c:42: init_common_PID: Assertion !(p & 0xffff0000)' failed. i temporary fix this issue by
echo 65535 > /proc/sys/kernel/pid_max
sysctl -p
can you fix this into sources? a lot thanks.
