I've just installed LineageOS 20 (which is Android 13), and noticed twrp-3.7.0_11-0-enchilada.img completely ignores encryption: it doesn't asks for a password while booting, it does show encrypted directory names under /sdcard, it fails to create TWRP folder and thus fails to backup anything.
