Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice to have somewhere to point new users at the app to explain how to get started. This can also be used to address known pain points and how to avoid them. (Ex: If you are a mentor and schedule time, don't put your life on pause just in case someone signs up. You can request people give you a heads up of x number of hours.)

We could create a page on the documentation site to send new users to.

We could have a google doc or put it in some other format.
