[Feature Request] Improve logging master thread

This issue will be used to track all of the improvement that we want made to the logging

Global

• Remove _ and replace with a space
• Uppercase first letter of each word

Role Logs

• Color should be a hex string
• Permission should only show what permissions was given/removed instead of a bitfield

Server Logs

• Verification level should use the name instead of value (instead of 1 show Low)
• Icon/Banner/Splash/DiscoverySplash icon hash should be a image
