Footer is out of date with new site pages

Under Contact -> Join our Team should point to the team page to the anchor #get-involved

Everything else seems fine

Maybe the "Contact us" link should just be our plaintext email address. Not everyone uses their computer's email client and I think this is a mailto: link.

When someone clicks a link in the footer, should they be directed to the top of the page they are navigating to? Currently, the user is navigated to the page and scrolled down to focus on the footer.
