Question about ecc value

Hello, first thanx for your code its very helpful for me but i have a question.

If i want 10% of error vorrection i have to precise ecc = msgBytes *5% ?

Hey, sorry for the very late reply.

To be honest I have no idea, the best is to try different values of ECC and see how the end result's length behaves accordingly.

I just figured out this is still on the very first project system of .NET Core (project.json) so I should miograte it to the latest. I think it is possible to keep it targeting .NET Standard 1.0 and using the latest .NET Core tooling.
