Currently error types must be generically defined per-query or per-mutation.
Propose a unified global error typing system allowing:
shared app-wide error type
automatic type inference for useQuery, useMutation, queryClient.fetchQuery
reduce boilerplate in large codebases
better DX in TypeScript-heavy apps
This would improve maintainability in large teams and enterprise apps.
