No longer works/privacy error

I have no idea if you still work on this stuff but it's not working anymore, it ends up showing privacy error and not letting me enter the website, I tried hosting the file on a Google site which allows me to view it but pressing the button to block the thing doesn't work. any ideas for solutions? or possibly a mirror link I don't know about?

If I had to guess, some blocking service is probably catching it. (e.x. in my network, when you attempt to go to a blocked page thats in Cisco Umbrella's list, you will be told theres a privacy error) Or your hoster isn't using HTTPS. Those are my only guesses.
