Ability to reorder scripts in the Macros tab

In the Macros tab, we currently have the ability to edit and delete existing scripts, which is great.

However, there is no option to change the order of the scripts.
It would be very helpful to have the ability to reorder macros manually, for example, by drag-and-drop or using up/down buttons.

This would make organizing and navigating macros much easier, especially when there are many of them.

As a workaround, you can edit the MacroActions.json file located under %LocalAppData%\TabularEditor
