Service Templates #2
Description
create HTML templates for feature info dialogue which turns the download links into anchor tag hrefs for user ease.
Also, create HTML 'service info' templates so users can hit the service URL in a browser and get all metadata (and a map). This template can also be linked to from Data Download/Catalog as 'more info'
