Access code buttons visible room restrictions

Describe the bug
The room settings access code configuration shows control buttons that can be used but change to room settings to state that fails during saving.

To Reproduce (Case A)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a room, configure with NO access code
2. Save
3. Go to the corresponding room type -> enforce the absence of an access code -> save
4. Reload room page, see the input field with a shuffle button

To Reproduce (Case B)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a room, configure WITH an access code
2. Save
3. Go to the corresponding room type -> enforce an access code -> save
4. Reload room page, see the input field with a removal button

Expected behavior

• If an access code is enforced, never show remove button
• If an access code is prohibited, never show a shuffle button
