Orphaned-files widget should ignore Soar source files #5
Description
The orphaned files widget returns all Soar source files. These files are not explicitly called out in the project structure but they are part of the overall agent structure. The widget should distinguish these files from those that are truly orphaned.
Example: mastermind_source.soar is listed as an orphaned file in the mastermind agent project.
