Configuration for BioNano Saphyr data

Hi,

I want to run OMBlast on some reads which come from BioNano Saphyr chips. Is there any configuration or set of flags that increase the performance of OMBlast (in terms of speed and accuracy) for this chip or I should run OMBlast with default parameters.
