[Accordion]: Changed behaviour for "on hover" and "on select"

Problem

Accordion header (with all default options) stopped to change colours on mouse hover and when item is selected.
Changed happend somewhere between versions 3.1.0-rc.3 and 5.0.1-rc.8.

I am not sure how this could have had any hover effects as the styles haven't changed since the introduction of this component and there have been no hover/focus/active states styled ever.
Last change to this component was in version 2.4.0 which fixed some conditional rendering issues

@aliaksandra-shch Issue for us came from the color variable blue-100 being removed here: TEDI-Design-System/core@68695c6

We will replace our usage with updated color variable and this ticket can be closed
