More broadly, we are currently considering the implementation of a more dynamic configuration system. Configuration parameters are not intended to change frequently, except during the testing phase — and we fully acknowledge this need. Regarding your specific issue, I am moving your question to the Discussions section and adding an important clarification: when LDAP mode is enabled, only LDAP users are allowed to connect to the Sync-In instance. This behavior is intentional and is required for security and system consistency reasons. |

Hello, I am writing here because I am also experiencing a problem with LDAP. I don't understand how the connection between Sync-in and the LDAP server works. How can it make LDAP requests without a Bind User to authenticate it? I also get a 401 error when I try to connect via LDAP. |

Currently, I cannot connect ldap with 401 error code. I tried to update ldap config many times but still not work, and need to restart every updates. Could you please help to add this feature to reduce time on testing ldap config?
Updated: I can connect LDAP, login first time. But I cannot login again after ldap account added into db
