Branding Issue - Original scope was bluetooth devices. Now SymbioSync is more of a hub.

remove all 'SymbioSync is a ble' phrasing and replace with "SymbioSync is a connection hub"
future implementation of of Telegram, Ambient Color / Mood light control, other types of sensors like pressure and/or temperature etc preclude the branding of this as just bluetooth.

Current preferred identity line:

SymbioSync, your private habitat supporting truthful interface: human ⇆ companion agents ⇆ devices ⇆ embodied state.

Notes from the pass:

• removed the old top-level "No cloud / no accounts / no telemetry / just Bluetooth" slogan from primary identity surfaces
• shifted README away from BLE-as-identity and toward local connection hub / truthful interface framing
• added a coming-soon Bestiary tab so public UI has a place for the field-guide language without turning the operational app into decoration
• kept BLE/vendor-cloud details as implementation/privacy facts where relevant, not the core brand

Leaving this issue open until the remaining docs/UI generated-skill copy has a full sweep for BLE-only or SymbioSync is ... style identity phrasing.
