I have been seeing a lot of missing object warnings since I updated Codex. See below.

I just came here to report the same issue, but the new fix seems to have solved it. Thanks!

Btw, I just noticed that the new version tag is v0.4.9 instead of the expected v1.4.9. Might lead to confusion.
