Modifying the submission form #243

Hello,
I am working on a fully closed wordpress where everybody needs to login. Now i am using Supportflow to manage the questions from the users.
What i am trying to do is auto fill the name/mail etc and theme in the submission form. I have found out that a lot of plugins first check the theme folder for form templates before using the standard form template. Is Supportflow doing the same? Or do i need to register my changes to de submission form class and build it again when there will be an update?
