We're open to high school & college undergraduate students
around the world. Individuals of all genders are welcome
to apply! Chapter leadership members are also welcome to
apply. STEM experience is not required, but you must be
passionate about gender equality in STEM.

open. For roles accepting multiple individuals, the exact
number is subject to change. Team roles may be added or
removed at the discretion of the Executive Board. Not all
roles may be filled during this round of applications.

HOW MANY POSITIONS CAN I HOLD?

Directors may only serve one role. If you are not a
director, you may hold up to TWO roles on the team, but
one of those teams must be Video Production, Podcasts,
Writing, or Design. All team members are free to
contribute to the Design or Writing teams, even if they do
not have a formal role.

CAN I EXPLORE MULTIPLE ROLES ON THE TEAM?

Yes! The Superposition team allows for collaborations
where members can try different teams. They will be held
responsible for the duties of both positions. For events
like our annual hackathon, all team members can join
Organizing Committees focused on specific parts of the
event, such as Marketing and Attendee Experience.

Yes. Strikes are given to team members who miss a deadline
or meeting without notifying their Director 24 hours in
advance. We grant exceptions for emergencies. Three
strikes will result in reconsideration of one’s position
on the team.
