I cant start it

and after that the cmd window closes

charset couldn't install properly because you may either, not have the right python version, which in that case I'm using 3.11.9, or you don't have Microsoft C++ Visual Redistributable 14.0+.

I tried this, but it still doesnt work. Please fix this man. I also have the same version of python installed as you.
