Colonisation ship transfering and repeating are not working

I have attached my waypoint colonisation json file here: colonisation.json

running this, my ship flies to the station and buys correctly. It will target the colonisation ship next correctly as well, and fly and dock to it.

However, it will not transfer the cargo over, and it will just keep looping on targeting the colonisation ship, undock, super cruise, redock, target the ship, undock, super cruise, redock, etc.

Check your StationName in journals, also for me it is saying that my colonisation ship is SurfaceStation. This is bug in ED end.
