Customer_Churn

Customer churn, also known as customer attrition, is when someone chooses to stop using your products or services. In effect, it’s when a customer ceases to be a customer. Customer churn is measured using customer churn rate. That’s the number of people who stopped being customers during a set period of time, such as a year, a month, or a financial quarter.

Overview

This project focuses on analyzing customer behavior and predicting churn using machine learning techniques. By leveraging customer demographic, behavioral, and transaction data, it aims to identify valuable customers and implement targeted retention strategies.

Features

Data Preprocessing: Cleaning, handling missing values, and feature engineering.

Customer Insights: Calculating Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and satisfaction scores.

Churn Prediction: Using machine learning models like Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and Neural Networks.

Visualization: Insights and trends visualized through interactive dashboards.

Actionable Recommendations: Retention strategies based on model predictions.
