MavericK "outputLikelihood" should be merged #72
Description
Trying to tune the MCMC chain using the R functions provided by upstream MavericK without the outputLikelihood.csv files being tuned requires an extra loadLikelihood.csv step for each file being analysed.
We could facilitate this by merging all the outputLikelihood.csv files into one to make the end result more similar to that of the original implementation.
