It is only the microscopy images and the manual annotations (in NIfTI and .png format).

Apparently someone has deleted the original data. I can't access it either. I have found a backup of the files on my disk though.
@MartGro, thanks for linking these dumps. From a quick comparison of checksums and file numbers, your second link contains the original PNGs that I have used for my final experiments, but the meta data spreadsheet is missing some of the columns that are necessary for training and evaluation of the models.
Since it looks like these columns were deleted on purpose, I'm hesitant to attach the full spreadsheet. @MartGro, can I attach the full version here or does it need to be redacted somehow?

I am not aware of anything that was redacted on purpose, maybe it was due to the processing pipeline or so.
I guess as long as it's not the names of the labelers or something personal it should be fine.
Probably someone moved the data by accident, I think it was not deleted on purpose.

Okay, I don't see any personal or otherwise critical data there, so I'll share the original spreadsheet here:

@dianatum, I would recommend getting the image data from https://gigamove.rwth-aachen.de/en/download/aef7d9a810de3e7a8decd020839d510e and then replacing the included emcapsulin_data.xlsx with the version that I have linked above.
