Unsucessful installation

Hi,

I was following the steps in https://structuralneurobiologylab.github.io/SyConn/ to install SyConn.

However, when I run the line pip install -r requirements.txt --upgrade, i encountered an error due to python version requirement of python 2.7.
After I use anaconda to create a venv to ensure python 2.7 is used, I encountered another error saying python2.7 is no longer maintained thus the line cannot be run.

Is there an update to the documentation of SyConn that I am not aware of?
