Issues with handling scene/sources inside se.live canvas, duplicates are being created

i've installed multi stream on obs latest version, upon obs restart, it randomly duplicates scenes and sources in the streamelements vertical scene editor, usually adding a "1" to the name, it doesn't happen everytime but often, also the connected service tiktok appears duplicated when this happens, with the text "user is inelegible for live streaming", the only way to fix this is to remove and add back the service

now the problem is in the first scene, cannot be renamed, cannot be removed only when you create next scene can be removed but after restart obs the scene 1 appear again it replace the new created scene with all created elements.
