USER ISSUE: Can't Rotate Some Hewn Log Pieces

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create generic Hewn Logs
2. Equip Stone Hammer
3. Attempt to place either Wall or Window Grill pieces

Expected behavior:
Allow me to rotate the Wall or Window Grill pieces to align with other walls

Actual behavior:
Leaves them in the default facing, and does not offer a button prompt with which to rotate the piece. Pressing the assigned button to rotate pieces does not rotate the piece either, regardless of the prompt.

This is not a bug, you can only rotate such forms that show the "rotate" symbol on their icon in the selection menu - those two are unfortunately not rotatable, instead they adjust automatically based on the surroundings.
