Docker container: "Kernel Error" in Jupyter

Having started the Docker container, when attempting to run object_detection_tutorial.ipynb in a browser, jupyter displays "kernel error" and the cells in this example cannot be executed.

There seems to be some kind of error/mismatch between Juputer and the Python version being used.
