Should I upgrade to .net core?

I haven't looked at this in years.  Just haven't been involved in .net.  I fired up an old project and noticed thousands of downloads.  Pretty cool.  This was compiled a long time ago for .net 2.  I could put in a few nights and upgrade it to the latest.  Would like to also set up GitHub actions to publish to NuGet.

Anyone interested in me doing this?
