Borrow Limit and the borrowing composition bar as well as the Borrowing meter icon need to align with the Borrowing title and card below it.
Note that for the borrowing composition bar, this doesn't just mean aligning it all to the left, as the right side needs to align as well—so it actually needs to extend, but starting from the aligned left position.
