Create a no-compet mode

Following the trend that LLM is killing competitivity into CTF, we want to experiment some rules modifications and see how it goes for this 2026 year.

Requested modifications:

• Remove the display of score
• Remove the display of user scoreboard ...
• But still display the challenge scoreboard
• Update the rules page in accordingly
• Remove the score display in discord notifications
