cmd? modifications and localization

As far as I remember part of functions can't be disabled without lots of removals of others.

How about add some kind of hide menu options from cmd command?

I want to have weather options, but not howfar howtall etc.
Goal is just to make it smaller but leave most usable command for our community visible in cmd.

It's based on module mostly, this whole concept needs reworked I want to look at making it language file of sorts

Copilot had ideas for Some localized json files what looks on track but wasn't focused on the task of specifically refactoring the auto_response and trap_list in #205 so they can easily be localized or disabled in json
