New channel creation from the API #37
Description
This API endpoint should allow the following functions:
- new channel with a random name
- rename channel
- delete channel
The channel creation endpoint will be used to allow the creation and configuration of multiple scanner/printer producer/consumer combo.
This issue should be solved first before progressing toward #22
