Improve the design of the fleet page to support multiple destination and printer

To improve the current design of the fleet page the idea is to use a column design inspired by the design of Trello.

• Unlike the design of Trello this design should be "split" horizontally to separate the Scanners from the Printers
• Each column represents a channel. The user can rename each channel to use a more meaningful name (eg. warehouse, garage, ...). The user can create and delete channels. Empty channels can exist. See issue New channel creation from the API #37
• Scanners and printers should be draggable between the column to select which channel they will transmit on.
• There should be a place to put the unused devices. Maybe a default channel like now with the channel victoria or

Check the library react-beautiful-dnd to implement the drag and drop mechanism.
