Change Galactic Adventures Not Found message

Do we even need the folder picker? If it can’t auto-detect using the windows registry, there’s likely something wrong with how the game is installed

Usually this message only shows if the game has been downloaded from steam but not installed (as steam doesn’t install games until first launch)

Spore and Spore Galactic Adventures must be installed from disc, EA App, Steam, or GOG.
If installed from Steam, please launch Spore Galactic Adventures once from Steam. This will complete the installation and allow the Launcher Kit to detect the game.
Otherwise, the game is likely not installed properly. Please see https://launcherkit.sporecommunity.com/support for further help.

As far as I can tell, there's only three cases where this error could show up:

• Game downloaded from Steam, but hasn't been launched via Steam client to complete installation
• Game was partially uninstalled (i.e. multiple versions installed, resulting in a broken install) -> while this may be salvageable in some cases, we usually just recommend manual uninstall using EA's instructions
• Game is not installed at all (obviously)

Therefore there really should be no need for the folder picker or the associated setting, and this was the only remaining option left in LauncherSettings.config (everything else has already been made obsolete and removed) so that can be removed altogether now:

• remove LauncherSettings and references to LauncherSettings.Load()
• overhaul PathDialogs to remove all references to LauncherSettings as well as the folder picker, instead just showing an error and exiting (return null)
  • I don't think there's any cases where returning null would cause a problem or misleading error, as this path seems to always be checked early and would therefore fail fast instead of reaching any code that actually uses the path
  • might just merge the two functions into SporePath
