Unless specifically indicated otherwise in a file using SPDX indexing, files are licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0, as can be found in: LICENSE-AGPL-3.0.txt.
Folders containing alternative licenses will contain their own LICENSE.txt, LICENSE.md, or LICENSE file. These files will contain the license terms for the specified folder. The root license will not be in effect in these folders; however, individual file licensing using SPDX may still be used for individual file licensing.
