apb3Decoder

there is something wrong with apb3Decoder.
cause master psel is being assigned with random.
so,the below verify case in apbDecoderTester.py should begin with psel whether True or False.

Is am i right?

I'm not sure to understand, what do you mean by psel is being assigned with random ?
Can you link some code or example ?

I can see that the Apb3Decoder assume master PSEL has only one bit.

Do you mean that PENABLE should have more impact ?

I'm not sure it is legal with the spec to put random stimulus on psel/penable.
Maybe it is part of the issue ?

Still, i'm not sure what are the symptomes of the bug you are getting.
