How do we have a consistent asset across constellations and catalogs?

Brainstorm on:

• Focus on key assets for Sentinel and Landsat that the user can use.
• Make it customizable/extensible. e.g the user can provide an asset mapper object in the superstac.yml or pass the dictionary when calling the federated search.
